We recommend a gradual transition over 7-10 days. Start by mixing 25% of Stella & Chewy's with 75% of the old food, slowly increasing the new food portion every few days until the transition is complete to avoid digestive upset.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
We source the vast majority of our ingredients from farmers and ranchers we know and trust. Our proteins are grass-fed, cage-free, or wild-caught, and 100% of our fruits and vegetables are certified organic.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
To ensure peak freshness, all frozen products are shipped in insulated containers with dry ice via expedited shipping. Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

How should I store freeze-dried versus frozen raw food?
Freeze-dried products should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept in their original re-sealable bag. Frozen patties and morsels must stay in the freezer until ready to thaw and serve; once thawed, they should be refrigerated and used within 2-3 days.
